Fashion Parade Fundraiser In Support of Eastern Bay Beast Cancer

In October 2011 we held our annual Breast Cancer Fashion Parade at
Landscapes for Lifestyles. We enlisted the help of Jo Finlay towards the
end of the organizing of this event. We found her to be very helpful
with offering suggestions and she also organized a group of lovely
ladies to model our clothes. Leading up to the event Jo was always positive and enthusiastic, always available and happy to go the extra mile. Her attention to detail with administration and ultimately compering the event was exceptional and as busy retailers we really felt that Jo had things in hand and took the pressure off us to ensure a successful event. Jo was excellent at organising the programme for the fashion parade and other activities we had for the afternoon, and her professionalism really lifted this occasion up a notch on our previous efforts. Her radio announcing experience, and her bright and confident personality on the day really brought the whole event together for our 100+ ticket holders. Her contacts in the Bay of Plenty area helped to sell tickets and publicise the event. We thoroughly recommend Jo Finlay for any event organising, management or coordinating.
Jo organised an INCREDIBLE event for my Hens’ Night.. Everything was planned out perfectly
and ran so smoothly, from the Garden Party with croquet and an Amazing
Race, to the wine tasting at Mills Reef, to the later part of the
evening. She organised all transport, food, alcohol, costumes,
activities… everything! So many people commented on what an amazing
event it was, and how Jo had done such an incredible job.
While I think most companies would have standard events, suppliers etc,
Jo customised everything, personalised and thought out just for this
event. She obviously really knows her clients and finds out exactly
what they want, and then uses her expertise and skills to create it, and
it turns out even better that the client could have imagined!
I would recommend Jo to everyone I know without hesitation. I would
100% use her again and I would have absolute faith that any event she
organised would be wonderful.
